 LOST /FOUND PLANE
« Result #1 on Dec 20, 2009, 5:22pm »

Hey guys, just got a call from a gent named Scott, he found a white plane with green trim and orange squares with a video camera. The video had film of an older gent and taken at a school believed to be in Swansboro. Give me a call if you have any info on the owner. Henry

P.S. Thanks Scott!

 Looking to buy 40-45 airframe
« Result #2 on Nov 18, 2009, 10:08am »

Ok I have had some bad luck @ the field lately with a few crashes and I'm currently without wings. I'm getting close to getting my stick back together but I really would like to have a back up. I'm looking for any kind of airframe for 40-45 glow. High wing low wing I don't really care as long as I can fly. Let me know what you have and maybe I can buy or trade what you have. I'm also looking for some monokote to cover the stick. Color is really not to important. I hope to be flying again soon because I really miss it.

The plane never made it into the air sad to say. My dad bought a harley and that became his new passion in life.

 Introduction
« Result #8 on Oct 30, 2009, 7:36am »

Hi everyone I just want to introduce myself. I just joined the club a few weeks back and really have enjoyed the meeting some great people and absoloutly love the field. I started flying back in the mid 70s and it's been over 20 years since I have been in the air. I have downed 2 planes already one due to a faulty battery and the other pilot error. So right now I have no wings lol.

Thanks for Brent H for getting me back in the hobby. I look forward to meeting more of the members and getting a bird back in the air.

Photo is a Newport plane built with my dad back in the 70s before ARF's were heard of.

Sunday morning after a week of fling the sim . I go to the field to take the next step in my quest ,well that did'nt take long . After about10 mins and the frist flight , I say ,this ant that hard ,sooooooooooo . Now I have a broke T-Rex 450 . But wait I have another one . So after a few hours of airplne stuff . I thought the frist crash was a flook, yes , thats right I now have 2 broke T-Rex 450 . So I will be putting not only 1 T-Rex 450 back together , now I will be rebuilding 2. So till next time Keep them in the air . Got go get some PARTS.
